SheEO is a global community of radically-generous women transforming the way we finance, support and celebrate female entrepreneurs who are creating a better world. Since launching in 2015, 3000 Women Activators in three countries have collectively loaned out $3M to support 32 women-led Ventures. Our goal is to reach 1M women Activators and a $1B perpetual fund which will support 10,000 women-led Ventures each year for generations to come. what if anything is possible?
Women designing a future they want to see. Did you know that women are starting businesses at 1.5 times the pace of men but only 4% of venture capital goes to women-led Ventures? And the number is even lower if you are a woman of colour. For generations, over 50% of the population has been under-funded, under-resourced, and under-supported. It’s time to change that. SheEO is a global community of radically generous women transforming how we fund, support, and celebrate female entrepreneurs. In our first three years, 3000 women across three countries have collectively loaned out $3M to support 32 women-led Ventures including The Alinker, 21 Toys, LOLIWARE, Callisto and In This Together Media. Why I became an Activator!
I want to balance the scales and support women with money in business and education in order for them to shine like never before. I am active in creating a new financial empowerment movement for women at present with my clients and with my upcoming new radio program. For the last 7 years, I have been working on healing the shame around women and finances. I have struggled in my own business to get my ideas funded. I am tired of seeing women fight and not receive the support they deserve. When powerful women gather; *** gets done. Women are powerful with money. I want the money to be out in the world. We have a planet to nurture. We have children to feed, We have grassroots projects that will make the world a better place. We have ideas that will solve problems and I am hitting the reset button for women who don’t know what to do with money.
Women are powerful with money.
We are beginning to tell a new collective story.
2018 is the year of mastery in the history of our planet. What we have accomplished this year has never been done before. Moreover, because of women stepping into their highest self- esteem from the inside out, peace on earth, abundance on earth, will bring equality a new world movement

Here’s how it works
We are igniting a radical shift in consciousness, shining the light on the fantastic ideas women have.
Vicky points out that nobody knows how to pick winners. The sanity of women looking at something, saying “that makes sense to me. “It’s doing good in the world”. “I’d like to talk about it, and I would like to support it”. As opposed to saying “Let’s see what is the market potential is about”.
Women make 80% of purchasing decisions. When Women decide a company is going to be successful, It’s going to be.
Women all over the world are coming together to make mountains move. Mothers, daughters, granddaughters, and nieces (age 14 to 93), funding women-led ventures they love together, will change, is changing, the world. Are you in?
