“Knocking on Heaven’s Door”
was the name of the song that was playing at yoga this morning.
The room was hot, the lights were dim, and the sparkly stars that Scott put on the ceiling made you feel like you were under the desert sky…..
I love doing hot yoga at 5:30 in the morning with the tribe that comes on a consistent basis, loving up their bodies and.taking care of themselves.

I have traveled by leaps and bounds this week and feel like I have “hit a home run”. This was the term Bob used this morning when we were laughing in the kitchen and talking about how he perceived witnessing me move through the major upgrades taking place in my life.
I’ m sure your feeling it, too,
the 5 d wave of excitement with new vibrational tones being downloaded in your consciousness as you walk, hike, dance, or go out in nature and ground that high frequency of love-light into the earth.
As you send this channeled light deep into the earth, visualize the roots going deep, deep underground like a tree that with deep roots as you awaken the collective with your communication.
I have so much to share with you about my week and I will do so in another blog I am writing because I have a great story, an exciting story, to tell.
It is a story I want the world to hear and I want to take my time to articulate it brilliantly.
