I was interviewed by Girl Warrior productions and I was asked to answer the question of what makes me a girl warrior.
In the movie, “Wonder Woman”, Gal Gadot had to fight the God of War to be true to her core values of living in peace and goodness in the land she inhabited. She was passionate about creating a safe environment for the children and their parents. She left the paradise she was raised in to face whatever darkness lay ahead because in her heart of hearts she knew love would win. She knew she would destroy the God of War. She was passionate about this knowing. She had convinced her mother, her tribe, and her community, to let her go.
She knew she had the power to stand up to the enemy. It never occurred to her that she could lose. This is what makes me a Girl Warrior also. I have the same spirit and love for this planet and her people. This is why I am here, to do my part and to bring my courage and my love, knowing how valuable this is. How valuable I AM. And you are,, too.
Knowing that what I do for myself I do for all and knowing that energy is contagious and goodness will spread. I have learned that Peace is an inside job and in order for peace to happen, I have to bring it first to myself, my community and my relationships. There can be no cover-ups, no hiding. Only truth, goodness and radical self-love.
We signed up to come here to transcend this energy. It never occurred to us that we could lose because in our heart of hearts we have always known love is the answer to all. So God sent billions of offspring onto this planet to bring the love of heaven here now.
Just like the movie, the same holds true for each of our awakenings. We awake from a deep slumber to discover we are here on this prison-planet that has been overtaken by many gods of war. The money-gods controlling and manipulating to keep the rich richer (don’t get me wrong I love money), the pedophiles using their power to abuse innocent children, the slimy, negative people who have lost their way and so many more. It is our job now to remember that we are not victims but powerful creators, here to make a difference. Our evolution is calling us women- men and children- who are brave, courageous souls and have had enough. We are standing up to the gods of war to bring peace and love to the land we inhabit.
We are to be the consciousness-caretakers of our earth home, Mother Earth, this gorgeous, living being that has been abused for so long. Every negative emotion and negative action, every crime and rape that she has lived and endured is unbearable. It’s unacceptable for our time. The time has come where she is now receiving her matching reality by us taking care of her the way she has been taking care of us for thousands of years. We do it by honoring our physical bodies as we honor the earth and that is the New Human.
We are each becoming “Girl Warriors”, being the mother of the mother and loving each other home and free. That is the rising of the divine feminine in each of us. Whether man, woman, or child, the energy of Mother is here to stay.

There are many of us who have been in training and have been in preparation for lifetimes that are now modeling the Christ- consciousness, being fully embodied, living examples of the new evolutionary leaders tirelessly working to use our wisdom and not weapons to love this planet free in order that all of us can to take our rightful place on this planet living in harmony with nature, with the Mother.
Out of 7 Billion people on this planet, how many will return to the light? How many will return to the truth?. Each person get’s to choose. Will they chose love over fear? Will they choose to speak their voice? Will they transcend the toxic karmic relationship of the past for the new? Will they be able to offer forgiveness?
While being a “Girl Warrior” has not been easy. It was not easy for Wonder Woman either. But it does get easier once you access to your superpowers and have transcended and processed and loved-free the emotional core wounds of the past, one layer at a time.
It does get easier, it actually becomes fun and is exciting to wake up each day being led by your intuitive guidance, rather than being a slave in a hamster wheel running around to keep one step ahead of emptiness and loneliness.
My being a “Girl Warrior” is earned. I take full responsibility for my life, my reality, my being. I have embraced the power within myself to know how to change my reality and transcend the negativity within myself, to create Heaven on Earth. I am using my energy to create new paradigms for living and being on this planet. I practice using my voice, standing in my power, speaking up for all things that are not in love and harmony.
I have come to a long way from being suicidal soul to now being a fully-realized soul, awake to my truth and living in my authority. It wasn’t always like that. It was my soul that has been speaking to me asking me to transcend the suffering and pain in my life and to choose intense pleasure for a change.
It feels like another lifetime ago — and essentially that is what it is. It was a very painful time in my life.
I was all alone and was about to commit suicide. I was so lost. I was a wounded woman with nothing but pain in my heart. I was a drug addict. I had no friends I could trust. I was abandoned by my parents. I hated my self and my core. I had burned every bridge I had been walking on. I had nobody. I was so sick that my body had developed hives — burning from the inside out. I was wounded and broken; I had nothing left to live for, and nothing to lose. I was willing to surrender my life. I was at the end of my rope; I had lost all trust in life, and in God. I wanted to know if God was real. and on that fated day September 17, 1993, the feeling of God in me was born and became real. but I asked for it. I asked, I pleaded, I begged, I cried, I wanted to feel, to know, if God was real and where God could be found. That was 25 years ago. Not until 2007 did I step into my true self in earnest, leaving the old matrix behind.

what makes me a “Girl Warrior” is that
I am passionate about humanity’s sovereignty, the authority over one’s own life as empowered creation. As an Energy Intuitive, I help people transform their lives by releasing outdated beliefs, patterns and habits that keep them stuck. My specialty is emotional processing, healing the core wounds of our personal pain, leaving the past behind so that we can step into the truth of our being, coming home to self-realization.
My life’s work has been about undoing all the old conditioning, old programming, old beliefs, and releasing the lies, and limitations as I began to love each and every part of myself back into wholeness. In my own transformation, I processed the entire universe through my physical body, healing my deepest core wounds and embracing the shadow, the part of us that has never been accepted and loved. By healing our own shadow, we heal the collective shadow as well. Today it is hard for me to imagine that I ever, ever had a thought that was attached to a belief, that was attached to an emotion, that I was not good enough and that I used to make choices that reflected that belief. Through this deep inner unveiling and love for self, I achieved mastery over my life, taking full responsibility for everything in it.
What makes me a “Girl Warrior” is that I am not a victim of any experience that I find myself in. I stand for peace on a planet where there is war and first I have to transcend the consciousness of war within me.

You’re a well respected “evolutionary” for personal transformation. What is a New Human?
the New Human is you becoming your true self.
The New Human is fully conscious, awake to the truth of who they are, realizing they have been there all along. The New Human has loved free the old human and is fully content being who they are.
The New Human is a template of the new earth, vibrating unconditional love and living in harmony with nature. The New Human has superpowers and is willing to use them.
All the limitations of the past have been transcended into wholeness. The New Human knows that fear is not real and does not hold back because of fear. The New Human knows how to process fear and doubt.
The New Human is able to walk in the shadow along side their divinity. The New Human is self-healing and self-regenerating and takes actions that are in harmony with the new earth. The New Human is the awakened one who is wiling to be the vessel to experience the abundance of love we are. The New Human is able to live in the light and live in freedom, having made room in the physical body for the integration of that light. The New Human knows that God is inside and there is no need to look outside. The New Human takes actions and lives in trust knowing that whatever need arises the infinite flow of abundance is flowing through them,
The New Human is the one that is willing to be the bridge, the rainbow bridge ready to meet others with fierce compassion, with clear boundaries and a willingness to live in integrity. The New Human has unleashed the inner healer and vibrates, I AM worthy, Empowered, Safe, Victorious, Prosperous. The New Human is self-realized, a living god in form.
What does it mean to embody the Divine in the physical and why is that so important?
I will answer the question with a question first:
What is the definition of the divine?

What is God? what is Source?
what is the energy of the highest love you can be in your physical body?
You asked me “What does it mean to embody god (the divine) in the physical and why is that so important?””
it means that you have remembered the truth and now have taken on that responsibility to live in your truth. It means that you are now living in your integrity with who you are at the core of your being.
It means that you have the courage to be a “Girl Warrior”.
And why is that so important?
Because it is the truth and the truth will set you free…
the truth is where you are going. The evolution of our planet calls for it. it’s important because you will bring healing to your soul
“In your book, “Peace, the Flip Sid of Anger” you talk about Heaven on Earth. How do we create that, especially given the state of the world today?”
What is Heaven? Heaven is a state of consciousness that is realized within your being after transcending the old world consciousness, releasing the separation, the core wounding, letting the old world die out of your physical body. Heaven is a state of consciousness that is experienced by the New Human –the divine in the physical and is where God lives. Heaven is a state of consciousness, a paradise in you that is holy, that is lived and experienced by each person.

The old world mirrors to us the hell we are releasing, the hell we are transcending, the prison we are breaking free from. The old world where wars exist on earth is coming to an end. Many people awakening to the truth of who they are, are giving birth to the new world one heart, one soul, at a time. From where we came in our evolution we used death to go to heaven. Now, with the higher mind, higher heart, operating in the spiral of evolution, we do not have to experience a physical death to experience heaven on earth.
In today’s reality, we don’t need to die to go to heaven, we need only to let the old beliefs, the pain, the suffering, the hell we find ourselves in, die so we can create paradise right here on earth. The New Humans, fully awake and aware, know that God is inside of them, that they are living heaven on earth.

You were a drug addict for 13 years. What did you learn from that experience?
I was numbing myself. I was numbing my pain. Once I stopped numbing, I started feeling, feeling all the suppressed emotions that I was numbing from my past: my dysfunctional childhood, the shame and sexual abuse. not feeling like I belonged in this world. not feeling like I had any self-worth. I wanted to die. I did not want to live. I learned that we have the power to overcome anything that life shows us, that we have the power within ourselves to love and heal anything. I learned how courageous I was when I began to invite love into my being. I learned that being vulnerable is the new strength and that living with my heart broken open is the only way to heal. I learned that I was afraid to embrace my power. I was too ashamed to claim my power, to accept and cherish the gifts of my divinity, I would allow the addict and the inner saboteur in me to keep sabotaging my life. so i could keep the victim in me alive and tell the poor-me story that I had attached to all the toxic relationships or bad things that were happening in my life. I learned that I had many angels on my team and divine intervention took place many times, assisting me in learning to love myself. I learned that the universe is a friendly place. When I started looking inside, I saw that the universe, peace, love and the whole world is an inside job.
Was there an “aha” moment that woke you up?
It was more than an “aha”, it was a matter of life and death for me. If I had continued on the path of doing drugs I knew I was going to die. So it came down to making a choice of wanting to live and being willing to do whatever it took to live my life drug-free. It was fucking hard because in the beginning of making such a choice you will be tested to see if you are seriously committed to such a choice.
So is the universe testing you? Is it the dark energies that are testing you? Are you testing you if you’re committed to the good? What is it, really? I came to the conclusion that it all comes down to your choice, moment to moment. you choose life or you choose death; you choose love or fear. It comes down to that. Every moment you are reborn, again and again with every choice, choosing to love yourself instead of letting the addict in you win. We die many deaths in this life. Transcending the shadow, the wounded ego, the victim, all require to learn how to live life with just being YOU.
What do we need to know “for sure” about transcending the victim consciousness and reclaiming the gifts of our divinity?
That time is now.
Once you transcend the victim you can never go back. it depends on how long you have been doing it. Being a victim is a core wound and transcending the victim in you takes a commitment and a dedication to claim your full power, your authority over your life. This planet is rising above the old consciousness of victimhood and control and you’re either on board with it and part of the solution or stay in the suffering, playing out a movie of your own making. it’s your choice. You have within you all you need to transcend the victim in you. We are not taking any prisoners with us because the time has come for you to empower yourself and soar in heaven on earth. Think about it. In heaven we have no victims we have only holy gods living heaven on earth, there is no fear, no illness no dis-ease, no war, in heaven. Once you heal the emotional body and heal the perceived separation from Source, from God, you transcend the victim into the empowered conscious co-creator. You realize you have kept yourself small and limited and you refuse to live that way any longer. YOU choose to release all resistance. Awakening is a painful process because we have to clear the past from our physical bodies. And the only way to clear that is to move through the process and the process is uncomfortable because there’s going to be a lot of feelings and emotions and beliefs that are going to be experienced on the spiritual journey. The beautiful thing is that once you make it through this process and you awaken to the truth of who you are, it is like you are then living another life, a true life, in this life. In the last twenty six thousand years we have been in a cycle, a spiral, a theme of living and experiencing everything that we are not. And now, in this new era, the new cycle that is just beginning, is calling us to experience, remember and live everything that we are. The truth is that we are magnificent beings, powerful beyond measure. That’s why I’m calling us to action and am asking people to embrace their humanity. To embrace the gifts of their divinity, to embrace who it is that they are, their shadows and all of their shortcomings, to transcend that victim energy and move into their truth, is to create what we all want, heaven on earth.
The children of today will never know what it feels like to not be worthy or be not good enough. They will not know what it feels like to be abandoned or betrayed. They will only know that their parents, their god parents and their guardians have shown them because they have made peace with their past.

What has been your most daunting challenge?
Embodying the fullest expression of love into my physical body is the short answer. The longer one involves what it takes to get there, having to transcend, for example, the lack consciousness on the planet and in myself. I’ve had to have the money to live, to survive, while ascending/descending into my physical body. The ascension energies are about bringing light into your dense body and in the beginning the processing, the healing and the sleeping I had to do in order to hold this new light has been the most daunting challenge.
In addition, attacks would happen when the dark energies would try to prevent me from winning my/our war – from fighting the god of war – by keeping me disempowered to prevent the ripple effect from happening. Many lightworkers have experienced the same thing. There are many dark entities on this planet that want to prevent people from waking up and becoming empowered. It serves them to have slaves on their teams to suck the life force out of them. Among the daunting challenges has been to bring the spiritual into the material and get paid for it. To continue on claiming my worth, my value, to stay true to the holy in me. To charge what I am worth, to keep rising after every failure. and to transcend the lack consciousness of duality into perceiving pure abundance, has not been easy by any means.
Nor has being a girl, a woman, bringing that female energy into equality with the consciousness of the Christ energy and living and being that energy in form. Or, to put it another way, it’s not been easy to find acceptance as a god-like equal to the masculine energy of the Christ. What we are experiencing here has never been done before until now.
What obstacles have you overcome and walls have you broken down?
There was so much negative programming within me. I began to question everything: Who AM I?.
I was a suicidal soul, overcoming many challenges in my life, self-hatred, addictions, being a victim and feeling powerless in so many areas It’s a miracle that I am alive today. My life story has been very interesting. At the root of my core wound I had this self-hatred which I was always trying to cover up and hide. I have since transformed every single misery in my life into complete pure love, and that is a miracle. I have completely reprogrammed myself from negative to positive, making the unconscious conscious in every area of my life. All of my limiting beliefs – I was programmed in my subconscious, from my upbringing, my family, my conditioning, and by society – were examined and investigated for truth and what was not was rejected one by one. Gifted by life’s experiences, I courageously began to open up and willingly look at the beliefs that kept me in bondage and was soon able to perceive the miracles in my life.
I WANT WORLD PEACE
Why I wrote my book?
PEACE IS AN INSIDE JOB. The way we bring peace to the world is by choosing to bring our wisdom and our consciousness to the now moment and resolve any war-like problem with a nonviolent approach from a place of empowerment, compassion, and Love. The mantra is “Wisdom not weapons”.
THE HUNDREDTH MONKEY EFFECT *
If it’s true that the effects of one person ripple out to the world, then having cleared and released the core wound(s) of the past, healing separation from source, bringing love into my own darkness, and the darkness being mirrored to me by the outside world, should create a wave. At the same time, unconditional love would have me release myself from the prison, the inner prison mirrored to me by the outside world, and from the enslaving toxins from my physical body while evolving the new consciousness. The “Hundredth Monkey” is me, reflecting to you a coming home to your soul, a freedom that can be experienced with love, dedication, and commitment to loving the self-whole..

Where once my soul was suicidal and wanted to die, it’s now rejoicing, living fully, acknowledging its painful path, the suffering. Each lesson gave me the opportunity to come home to myself, birthing the new, becoming the truth of who I am, unconditionally loving the self and the world whole and free. In my book “Peace, the Flip Side of Anger” ( Chapter 10, “Heaven on Earth”), I talk about our responsibility to be the love we want to see in the world. Merging heaven on earth into the physical is an inside job that requires a body, a physical body, the bodies of 100 million monkeys.
Being role models of Peace is a bold choice we all need to make.
I was really pissed off, angry, mad, sad and scared to live in this world. I felt like a victim. I felt powerless do anything. Can you imagine how the children feel in this world when we as the adults are scared and acting like bullies ourselves? Whether passive or aggressive with the negative tone of anger the undercurrent of emotion is being acted out. What kind of role models are we? I have been exposed to violence all my life and now it is time to squash the violence once and for all. But how to do this? We can’t keep doing what we have been doing and expect different results. I learned that peace is an inside Job and if I wanted peace in the world I had to be the peace myself. How could I be at peace when I felt so angry inside? I found that underneath my rage, underneath my anger, was a treasure to behold. Once I accessed it, the truth was told. I did not know how to communicate my feelings when I was really angry, when I was feeling the fear of being victimized. Not until I claimed my power and took responsibility for my own rage did I realize that I do have the power to change my reality. I am the authority of myself and have the wisdom to bring peace and love instead of using verbal abuse, weapons or violence to act out my emotions. I had already given up drugs and drinking which kept me from feeling in the first place. Turning the energy against myself was not an option anymore. I learned to master my emotions and liberate myself so I could be a good role model and be the change I wanted to see in the world. I learned that peace is an inside job and it begins with me.

Peace is an inside job; it begins with each of us taking responsibility for our own thoughts, emotions and actions. Peace is a choice become an activator instead of a bystander and victim.
Everybody has reason to be angry these days with many opportunities to claim their power and liberate themselves into what’s true for them. In 2017 we see that fear and anxiety have taken over. Peace is a choice and the time has come to activate that choice, becoming an activator of life instead of a bystander and victim. People act on their emotions and don’t know what to do with that raw energy. I want to put light to the idea that anger is not wrong or bad but a creative tool, one of the most creative forces in the universe when we know how to use it. Being role models of peace is a bold choice we all need to make. We have all seen angry peace activists and we can see right through them. We can’t fight war with war. To be a true warrior of peace we must bring into harmony anything within us that is not at peace. Choosing peace is really the only option we have. It begins within for each and every one of us. Peace is always an inside job. The flip side to peace is anger, and that is our liberation.
We must learn to be masters of our emotions.
People act on their emotions all the time, from going shopping to eating a brownie, to making love, to having an affair, to picking a fight, or to shooting a loaded gun. Making a choice in the moment, to react with negative emotion when you are triggered by an even when you are not conscious of your own emotional power, is the problem. It is what humans have done for thousands of years. This is where the education about emotional intelligence comes in and where empowerment, responsibility, and liberation can be found. Whether conscious of their energy or not, this is what people do. They act on their emotions. Everything is energy. They are acting either out of love or fear. When they get triggered or angry they act out their feelings not realizing they hold the key to the energy they are acting upon. Learning not to use force and what to do with that force is another key to finding creative solutions to the same problems we have had since the beginning of time. It’s our responsibility to use our emotions for our liberation instead of using them to harm others or to sabotage ourselves. This old world response is not tolerable and needs to change now. This book is my own personal story and I use my own experience as examples of moving beyond the story to educate and create awareness.

Every challenging experience in life is giving us the opportunity to clear, to let something old that no longer matches our values fall away so we can dive deep into our inner-self, discovering what is true for us now. This is offering us a new opportunity to create a more harmonious way, living in alignment with our core values. We are yearning for freedom and that is where we are going.
How do you stay well?
That’s easy. I practice living my life in balance. Every day, every moment that I am conscious, I think about the divine expression coming through me and let go of what is outdated. I feel to heal, I release anything that comes up in me that has been suppressed. Emotional processing, emotional healing is done every day until there is nothing left but feeling well all the time. In the beginning, when I first started emotionally processing, I was in pain all the time and now my emotional body is happy and healthy. My physical body gets plenty of exercise and walks and hikes in nature. I do yoga and I am conscious with my breathing. I love singing and dancing, and I have healthy relationships with people that love me. I have been in a relationship with a wonderful man and we experience great love together. We have many things in common and each brings our own unique essence to the relationship. We have great sex. Deep intimacy is something that has been a priority to me. The definition of intimacy is allowing another in-to-me – u see.
I speak my truth all the time which has the cells in my physical body responding in kind. My diet is ketogenic where I eat fat to burn fat as fuel and have cut out sugar for the most part. It’s not consistent and so continues to be a the work in progress. One thing my body really loves is intermittent fasting. I eat two meals a day and will continue on improving my food intake. Over these next years I am looking forward of playing more and allowing that inner child in me to call the shots more now than ever before.
You’ve overcome a lot of childhood pain, wounds and feelings of worthlessness. Looking back on the journey, what would you tell your younger Girl Warrior?
Love yourself. Let the inner child come out and play.

I can’t believe that I used to have a thought that was attached to an emotion that was attached to a belief that I was not good enough and that I used to make choices that reflected that belief.
What would you say to the next generation of Girl Warriors looking for inspiration?
You are so loved beyond what you can imagine. Look inside and see the amazing beauty you are. Mother nature is always reflecting to to you the beauty you hold. You can see it in a sunrise, or a flower beginning to open. Never underestimate your abilities to deal with whatever is on your path. You already have everything you need inside of you. Hold yourself in high esteem and surround yourself with friends and people who respect you. Respect yourself and that will be the reality that the universe will help you with. What do you want to do with your life? What do you want to inspire us with? You have a dream, a unique piece that only you can bring. Shine your light, be yourself to the max, no matter your what your past was about. YOU are radiant, beautiful child of God and as god you deserve the best. Bring your creativity, bring your song, bring your heart. Bring you.
Who is/are your Girl Warrior hero(s)?
Every single woman reading this who is choosing to step into her power and into her authority, is a hero. Every single girl who rises above the victimhood and powerlessness she feels inside of her, is a hero for all of us. My mentors, such as Louise Hay, Marianne Williamson, Byron Katie, Susan B Anthony, Mary Magdalene and Mother Mary, are all my girl warrior heroes.
What’s next and where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Building my thriving Empire:
I have a wickedly, wildly successful radio show building my communication empire and thriving online business. I share the expression of my divinity that is fun and exciting for people. People are inspired to claim their voice, their power and their divinity. I have a highly successful speaking business where I travel the world speaking on topics I’m passionate about. The world sees me as a huge contributor by the way I express myself and this gift opens other doors in the process. I am building and expanding my global network of influence and collaboration, adding value to all. The businesses and people I promote on my show experience huge success with my company’s marketing genius, all the clients feeling that their needs were met. I am building the heart of my home and business, nesting and being of service to others. My self-published books get picked up by a major publisher and is translated into other languages.
My business Thriving NOW LLC is a sustainable business model that is focused on Ascended Living which is about the New Spiritual Human creating Heaven on Earth, free from the past and moving forward with ease into the new 5d reality.
